The Geographic Boundaries of House District 36

The New District 36 covers (approximately) Chambers Rd. to Colo. Hwy. 89, Colfax to Quincy, except for the area bounded by Chambers Rd., Tower Rd., Mississippi and Hampden. The entire District is in the City of Aurora and Arapahoe County.

The Political Boundaries of House District 36

It encompasses parts of State Senate District 28 (Williams) and Senate District 29 (Carroll). It overlaps with Congressional District 6 (Coffman) and Congressional District 7 (Perlmutter). it is within the 18th Judicial District and in the jurisdiction of the Aurora Police Department.

Military / Veteran Presence in House District 36

The district includes Buckley Air Force Base, Raytheon, Lockheed-Martin, Northrop Grumman, and John O'Brien VFW Post 6331.
